The Company and its partner companies comply with the law in all transactions, building fair and highly transparent relationships. Furthermore, we strictly prohibit any acts that undermine market integrity, such as bribery, kickbacks, and involvement with anti-social forces.

The Company places paramount importance on the respect of human rights and the maintenance of a sound labor environment at all sites involving partner companies. We strictly prohibit human rights violations such as forced labor, child labor, discrimination, and unjust long working hours.

We expect our partner companies to maintain an environmentally conscious perspective, such as improving energy conservation performance, reducing waste, and sustainable material procurement. Moreover, we require a deep understanding of our "Guidelines for Spatial Creation," delivering uncompromising, professional quality down to the finest details.

Based on the Company's "Information Security & Confidentiality Policy," we require partner companies to strictly adhere to equal or stricter information management frameworks, prohibiting use outside the intended purpose and restricting disclosure to third parties.
