Policy on Customer Harassment

KARYU estate (the "Company") makes it our mission to contribute to the enhancement of our clients' asset value through the services we provide. Concurrently, maintaining an environment where executives and employees can execute their duties soundly in both mind and body is a top management priority. To sustain a healthy relationship of trust with our clients and protect the interests of other valued clients, we establish the following policy regarding customer harassment.

1. Definition of Harassment

The Company defines customer harassment as actions among client demands or behaviors where the content of the demand lacks legitimacy, or the means and manner are socially inappropriate, unjustly infringing upon the dignity and physical/mental safety of our personnel (e.g., physical violence, unjust prolonged confinement, defamation).

2. Organization-wide Response

When behavior falling under customer harassment is confirmed, the Company will not place undue burden on the individual employee; rather, management will lead a systematic organizational response. We will prioritize the mental care and safety of the affected personnel.

3. Decision on Transaction Continuity

If malicious behavior continues or no improvement is observed, we will unavoidably take measures such as suspending or declining the business relationship to protect the quality of service provided to other valued clients and the safety of our personnel.

4. Cooperation & Legal Measures

When it is determined that continuing operations or ensuring personnel safety is difficult, we will collaborate with external experts such as lawyers and public institutions like the police to ensure a disciplined, organizational response.

5. Maintenance of a Healthy Work Environment

We prevent the overall quality of operations and services to other upstanding clients from being compromised by the unjust words or actions of a few, enforcing consistent and disciplined business operations.
