Business Continuity Plan (BCP)

KARYU estate (the "Company") has formulated a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to execute our clients' critical asset management and transaction processes without stagnation, even during unexpected emergencies such as natural disasters, pandemics, or severe system failures. By balancing the maintenance of a lawful operating base with disaster-resilient IT infrastructure, we rapidly restore and continue operations based on the following standards.

1. 100% Cloud-Based Data Preservation

The Company centralizes all business-related data and systems in geographically dispersed advanced data center clusters. By enforcing a "serverless and paperless" environment—placing no physical servers in our office and minimizing the retention of original paper documents—we structurally eliminate the risk of data loss due to localized disasters.

2. Resilient Infrastructure & Remote Transition

While maintaining a legally compliant physical office, our business systems and communication infrastructure are built and made redundant on the cloud. In emergencies where office access is compromised, we rapidly transition to a fully remote work system from secure remote locations, continuing communications and operations with clients at normal peacetime levels.

3. Rapid Client Communication

In the event of a large-scale disaster, we will execute impact assessments on clients' real estate assets. We maintain a system to issue initial reports (presence/absence of damage and our operational status) to affected clients as rapidly as possible after an event occurs.
