Anti-Social Forces Exclusion Policy

The Company will have absolutely no business relationships—including real estate sales, advisory services, or any other transactions—with anti-social forces (organized crime groups, corporate extortionists, etc.) or their associates. We will completely exclude them regardless of the Company's commercial interests.

Prior to the commencement of all transactions, the Company screens counterparties (including co-investors and outsourcing partners) to ensure they do not fall under anti-social forces through strict KYC and UBO identification based on our AML/CFT policy. If even the slightest doubt arises, we will not proceed with the transaction until the facts are objectively proven, and we will immediately decline the transaction if the doubt is not dispelled.

The Company will implement Anti-Social Forces Exclusion Clauses without exception in all contracts (advisory agreements, brokerage agreements, sales contracts, etc.) it engages in or concludes. If a counterparty is discovered to be an anti-social force or makes unreasonable demands after the contract is concluded, we will immediately terminate all contracts at our discretion without prior notice.

The Company strictly forbids engaging in backdoor dealings to conceal facts or providing funding under any pretext in response to unreasonable demands or threats from anti-social forces. We will maintain a resolute stance, prepared to take legal action (both civil and criminal) against unreasonable demands.

The Company will not address the risk of unreasonable demands or interventions by anti-social forces alone. We build a close cooperative system during normal times with external professional organizations such as police authorities, the National Center for the Elimination of Boryokudan, and legal counsel.
